After the recent death of a gerbil, my daughter (11yrs) was very nervous about leaving her lone remaining gerbil and 4 tiny mice with anybody while away for 10 days. However, just a 10 minute chat with Lisa put the Bunny Hotel a head and shoulders above the rest of the pet boarding places that I had called. Lisa did an excellent job. She obviously followed instructions, kept us informed and all 5 little beasts came back happy, healthy and raring to go! Would definitely recommend and use again.

I left my 15 year old chinchilla in Lisa's care for several weeks. After a bad experience elsewhere I was very nervous, but need not have been. Lisa followed all my instructions and sent me regular photo updates which I really appreciated. When I returned and got my chin home, I could tell by his behaviour that he was relaxed and happy and had clearly been well cared for. Will certainly use Lisa's services again in future.

My bunny Dexter has stayed a couple of times with Lisa. All the family are so attached with him hes almost six and weve had him since he was 7 weeks. Hes our baby. But i was so relaxed leaving him in safe hands. Lisa has very clean and big size hutches which are in a secure enclosed environment. Highly recommend it.

Snowy had a great time at Lisa's bunny hotel , we were worried about leaving her for the first time as the whole family are very attached to her , but Lisa sent us pictures of her regularly and it was clear she was having a great time and lots of exercise.
